Generating and Interfacing of assets to FA

Hi Folks,

I am working on Capital projects,where my Fixed Assets current period is OCT-13.I created the Expenditures of Usage and Misc in oct-13 date,which I could generate Asset lines in projects and transfer to Fixed Assets.

Where as I raised a Purchase order with date Dec-13 ,Receipts ,Receiving trxns and Invoicing is done for the month Oct-13.I could interface the supplier cost to Projects.When I try to generate the Asset lines,I could not generate the Asset lines where as Usage and Misc I could generate asset lines and transfer it to FA.

My question if the PO is in the month of DEc-13,cant we generate and transfer to FA.
