Regarding a 12.1.0.5. FWM plugin install, the job exits with the following error:
Command DeployPluginOnAgent of jobtype AgentPluginDeploy (AGENTPLUGINDEPLOY2013_12_23_11_42_27_708:SYSMAN) overran the max time for thread pool Short-Running by more than 10 minutes. A similar excessive run time could lead to an OMS bounce in the future. Report the command and jobtype to Oracle Support.

exit code is -1 so the plugin is intalled ok.

The agentUrl https://xxxx:3872/emd/main/ deployment is completed 
The exit code is -1
