Unable to update the LOVs on the Quote page

Hi Team,

Would appreciate if some can assist me on the updating the "Quote status" LOV on the "Quote" page of the sales resp. I created the quote and wanted to update the status however, I am unable to update the LOV. I searched all the related LOV in the system under system Admin resp and Application developer resp. However, didn't this LOV. Please find the attached screen shot of the LOV which I want to update and the one which I needed like.

I further checked the LOV name in the Telesales resp. and found the name is "Quote status Transition"
