R12.1.3 : Fresh Installation of 12.1.3 Patch Recommendation

Hi,
We have installed R12.1.3 fresh for re-implementation; attached is the base patch list after installation.

I would like to seek your kind advise on the latest patch sets for the below modules :

Cash Management (CE)
Collections (IEX)
E-Business Tax (ZX)
Fixed Assets (FA)
General Ledger (GL)
Internet Expenses (OIE)
iReceivables (OIR)
Payables (AP)
Payments - Funds Capture and Funds Disbursement (IBY)
Projects (PA)
Receivables (AR)
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Treasury (XTR)
Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC)
Property Manager (PN)

Additionally I would like to know if any new Oracle is planning to release new RPC in near future ?
