Hello
We are in 11i and planning to implement Adv Collection to replace a custom application.

* I know that the application supports sending fax/email , but my question is do we need any additional pulgin/application to support this feature?(eg.. email center or xml publisher? , we do have XML publisher and we do send several emails using xml and smpt)

* My second question is , is the application supports external collection agencies functionality?
