Need Suggestions on customizing SEPA Payment format for local banks

 Hi Gurus,
   Can you please help me to customize the SEPA format for local Bank. We need few elements to be added in the XML file can you suggest what are the objects we need to customize? I know for sure we need to modify IBY_SEPA.xls. Apart form that what would be the source for the XML data to be modified. Can I use IBY_FD_EXTRACT_EXT_PUB and if I can how to restrict that it should not be adding for other Payment Formats.
