New Employee Joining checklist

Hello Members ,

Has anyone does the setup for new joining check list for Employee via standard solution without using supplemental data? 

For Example - 

PCC - Police Clearance Certificate

MFC - Medical Fitness Certificate

There should be automatic trigger for both of this activity in system once employee joins the organization. Has anyone achieved the same in Standard JDE?
