Patch caused some Automatic Journal Entries in GL

 Hi Support,
                 There were some payments which were  accounted in May-2013. when we run Account Analysis report, it shows the account entries generated when we drill down the code combination in GL then it shows that "This line is part of a manual journal entry. There are no transactions associated with manual journal entries"

 Please  check the attached Account analysis report & drill down screen shot from GL which shows the Source doesnt exist. Please kindly advise the adverse effect caused by the patch.
