Can the Exadata patch upgrade cause conflict with Retail suite 13.2.6 patch?

Hi,
My client is currently using Oracle Retail suite 13.2.4 which includes RMS, ReSA, RPM & RA and going for an upgrade to 13.2.6. 
Also has plans to apply October 2013 Quarterly Full Stack Download patch for Exadata (BP21).

Can anybody please let me know if applying the Exadata patch will cause any conflict with Retail suite 13.2.6?
