Error while cloning EBS RAC database to single instance Database

Hi All
I have Database on ASM, RMAN Configured on Source Server.

On Destination server.
I do not have ASM and I have to restore on File system.

I followed the document
 Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 RAC-Enabled Systems with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 559518.1)

4.2 Create Database Image
4.3 Archive the ORACLE_HOME
5.1.1 Uncompress ORACLE_HOME
5.1.2 Create pairsfile.txt File for Primary Node
  created file as follows
    s_undo_tablespace=UNDOTBS1
    s_db_oh=/u01/RAC/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1
5.1.3 Create Context File for Primary Node

Got error on following step

Step:
5.1.4.1 Run adclone.pl to Restore and Rename Database on New Target System
