OIE: Germany Subsistence Per Diem 2014

Hi,

Has anyone been successful in configuring Internet Expense to handle the newest 2014 version of Subsistence Per Diems for Germany?

Firstly, I've not had any luck finding the new regulations in English and Google translate leaves too much to the imagination.

Second I'm having trouble understanding whether "First Day/Last Day" on any  multi-day trip is meant to use the "Germany" values.

Thirdly, there appears to be a huge new wrinkle regarding "reward" meals valued at more than 60 EUR.

Any help would be much appreciated, even a properly translated document.
