1.Setup S3/O3 order type as ST/OT.2.Setup order activity rule of S3/O3.
  S3 status flow is:
  Order Entry 520-530
  Price Checking 530-540
  Pick Slip 540-550
  O3 status flow is:
  Order Entry 220-400
  Receipt 400-999
3.Test Case:
  1) Create one S3/O3 order with quantity 50 EA.
  2) Complete S3 order price checking and partial ship 10 EA through P4205.
  3) The S3 result is
     LNID QTY UOM LTTR NXTR
     1.000 10  EA  540  550
     1.100 40  EA  914  540
  4) But O3 result is:
     LNID QTY UOM LTTR NXTR
     1.000 50   EA    220   400
     1.100 40   EA    220  400
     The first line of O3 doesn't decrease to 10 EA accordingly.
