Timeout Parameters

Dear All,
We have deployed the SIM instance on Oracle Application Server (SOA). We would like to change the below mentioned parameters. Can anyone please provide the file locations for the same in Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.4.0. We were able to locate the parameters in Oracle Weblogic Server but not in OAS.

JTA transaction time out 
XA Transaction time out 
DB transaction timeout.
