GL R12.1 - Screenshot from Defining Financial Schedules for Monthly Recurring Journals

Can anyone share a screenshot example from Defining Financial Schedules for a schedule that can be used to schedule monthly recurring journals on the X day of each GL period?For example, we want the recurring journal to be scheduled to run on the 12th day of each GL period in 2014, from JAN-14 to DEC-14.  So we need the recurring journal to be created on January 12th with period = JAN-14, February 12th with period = FEB-14, etc.I found these instructions in the GL R12 Implementation Guide, but it does not give "real world" useful explanations, such as what to select in the
