R12.1.3: error when saving a new payment term created: AP-FND-01206: This record already exists.

Hi community;

i have created a new payment terms but when i save i have this eror message:« APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of value that must be unique for every record»

But i am sur that i don't have a duplicate value.
