Getting error while running buildStage.sh for creating R12.2 stage area.

Dear Gurus,

We are planning to upgrade EBS 11.5.10.2 to R12.2, we downloaded R12.2 software from edelivery.oracle.com. While running buildStage.sh I am getting the below error

Directory /opt/orapp387/work/R12.2Sofware/Rapid_Install/TechInstallMedia is valid
Directory /opt/orapp387/work/R12.2Sofware/Rapid_Install/TechPatches/DB is valid
Directory /opt/orapp387/work/R12.2Sofware/Rapid_Install/TechPatches/MiddleTier is valid
sh: /opt/orapp387/work/R12.2Sofware/Rapid_Install/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/bin/../../../../EBSInstallMedia/AppDB: does not exist
./buildStage.sh: test: argument expected

Could you please help on this.
