Oracle Glassfish licensing mode

Dears,
We estimate the possibility to use Oracle Glassfish but its licensing mode is unclear. 
Usually all open-source products are under GPL license.
But concerning Glassfish I'm not sure that it's free-of-charge as some versions of Glassfish are payable while others are free to use - I cannot distinguish them.
Could you please to clarify which glassfish versions are free of charge and which Glassfsh versions are payable ?

PS: there is no separate community for Glassfish so sorry for my entering into WebLogic community.
