Upgrade Oracle 10gR2 with RAC into Oracle 11gR2 with RAC

 As part of Upgrade our instance from 11i to R12.1 We want to upgrade our DB from 10gR2 to 11gR2.
The current setup for our PRODUCTION servers as follows:
1-E-Business Suite 11i(11.5.10.2) running on Oracle DB 10gR2(10.2..0.3) with RAC(3-nodes).
2-Datafiles ,controlfile and online redo reside on ASM
3-OCR and Voting on OCFS2

We need to upgrade the DB from 10gR2 with RAC to 11gR2 with RAC.
WE didnt find a document for this process ,the only documents available are:
1-Note 881505.1 :but this is for upgrade of a SINGLE instance and there is no steps for RAC upgrade
2-Note 823586.1 :but also this note is used to CONVERT a single instance to RAC.
