Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Getting Unique Constraint error while running the Student Upgrade Program Process

Hi,

I loaded students from external file to peoplesoft database as applicants. I want to change their program status from APPL to ADM and ADM to MATR.

I followed the below process:

1. I ran mass change process for APPL to ADM conversion it ran success.

2.When i try to ran Student Upgrade Program Process it is giving error saying unique constraint error.

could you please suggest me whether i am following correct process to change the students program status.
