Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to search customer ?

Dear all,

I have a question about searching Customer via using Receivables responsibility. The scenario is that

1. Customers that setting in oracle is for global using , i mean every responibility can create and edit customer info right?

2. Why some responsibility , when searching customer info the result is not found any info.

Please kindly clarify.
