Getting Error "FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-29471" while creating tra

 While creating Transaction in AR, Sales person field not taking default as 'No Sales Credit' (-3) and remains blank. After choosing any value from for the mandatory field Sales person LoV, it returns  error -  "FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-29471" on saving the Transaction or on clicking the Line Item Tab. Hence not able to create AR Transaction.

The Salesrep defined at the customer Bill-To Site level

The Salesrep defined at the customer Ship-To Site level
