Entering timesheets directly into PA

Hi,

There is a requirement in out current project to enter Timesheet details directly into PA for the corresponding projects. I found out that Oracle Projects Time & Expense allows you to do this. My question is, how do we use this? Is it to be bought separately or it comes along with the Oracle Projects module?

Any other alternatives for entering timesheets directly into PA would be very helpful.
