Auto Allocation doesn't work at 12.1.3

Problem Summary

Auto-Allocate flag is No for some move order pick (using production batches), non 24x7

Problem Description

we are using OPM production and when the production releases the RM for the production batches the move order created are not auto-allocated which makes huge headache for the inventory to allocation manually each move order.

While before the auto-allocate flag is always set to yes.

We need to make auto-allocation set to yes always

The changes is upgrading the server from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3.

How to solve this issue?
