OWM Activity rules for custom environment

Hi All,

We have two custom environments AB812 and DS812 so we want to create activity rules for them AB812 should come through life cycle 21-26-28-38-100 for(AB812). For DS812 we want to keep it separate from DV, PY and PD is it possible without DV so can anyone please share the activity rules how to define for them.
