PRC: Distribute Labor Costs

Hi ,

In Muti operating units scenario , if from a particular OU we are running PRC: Distribute Labor Costs , then is it supposed to pick resources of that OU only( as per resource assignment in HRMS).

A partcular resource currently belongs to OU 'A' and in past it belonged to OU 'B'. But when we are ruuning PRC: Distribute Labor Costs  from OU A , then resource is not being picked but from OU B it is getting picked.
