How to Force - ADOP - to reapply the patch?

 We were applying a patch and it was terminated abnormally.

Now when we are trying to re-apply the same patch, adop giving the following message:

STRT_TASK: [Prereq checking logic] [] [Thu Dec 26 2013 10:30:53]

For the Current View:

   l_appl_top_id .............. 195

   l_eav_patch_release_name ... 12.0.0

Current View - 17204589:US is EXPLICIT

This Patch seems to have been applied already.

You should check the file

/dbupgrade/applprod/PROD/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/8/apply_20131226_102945/PROD_upgrade/17204589/log/u17204589.log

for errors.
