Child of a Phantom in discrete job

Problem:Child of a phantom is defined as Operation Pull in BOM but opened as Assembly Pull in discrete job. Expected to be Assembly Pull.
Steps:
1. Define BOM for assembly that has a phantom item with with a child that has a supply type of operation pull
2. Create discrete job for the assembly
3. Material requirements is Assembly pull
