How to attached the image with an Item in iProcurement Dashboard ?

 Hi All, 
Hope you all doing well. 

I have the document to attach the the image with the iProcurement Dashboard but I am little confuse with the host path ? 

I mean I am not getting how do i give the the profile POR: Hosted Image Directory = __________________________________________________ what is in it ?? 

How it is concerned with the http  Url ?? Kindly give your some inputs in this regards,
