Is there any to cater the Freight Carrier using Move Order Issuance ??

 Dear All, 
Hope you all are doing well. 

I wanted to know how to incorporate the Freight Carrier Charges using Move Order form ?

I need to have a kind of provision so that in each Issuance we cater the Freight Carrier ??
