Enabling Open UI in Siebel 8.1.1.10 Sevrer

 Hi Friends,    I have installed Siebel 8.1.1.10 on WIN machine.I am trying to enable OPEN UI  on this server.This is a single base installation.OUI base Jar files i have downloaded and installed accordingly.
Following guide available on Oracle.Not getting the exact process.
The steps I have completed.
Step1: Created OM and Enabled OPEN UI.Restarted services.

Do i need to go for IRM also?
How to create virtual Directories for Open UI and which location i need to point?
What else i  needs to change in server and eaaps.cfg?
Full Compilation Needed?
