Open UI - Drag and Drop Capabilities to be enabled?

 Hello Friends,
We have installed the latest innovation pack 8.1.1.11 and enabled Open UI in our POC environment. We had Oracle came in demoed the Open UI functionality and features.

I was very excited and curious to know about the Drag and Drop feature which they showed, Orders -> Catalog ->Drag the Product -> Dropped in the Line Items applet -> Created  a new line item record.

This is the coolest feature and I really liked. I was trying to test this feature and i can't see this feature working. 

Is there anything I have to enable or modify the some JS files to make this feature work. Please throw some light here and share you ideas.
