Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. iprocurement catalog add and return in IE

i login into iprocurement responsilibilty and select a vendor and go the vendor's site.Add and item and return back to ORACLE.

The above works with IE and 2 tabs but fails with 1 tab.

Error message is but works when i have 2 tabs in IE

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_COOKIE_HAS_NO_ICX_ENTRY

Help required. Did not find much in the support portal.
