Synchronizing workflow tables

 Hello All,

We have one issue User name is appearing as PER_ROLE:<number> in Workflow notifications instead of the name.

We have done the analysis and found that the workflow base tables are having this display name for the person.

As per the Oracle “Synchronization is not properly complete.”   As per the note : 

               Note :      Employee Name is Missing or Shown as PER_ROLE on the Approval Notification    Doc ID:      552210.1

But we have past experience that running this program end dated the future start date users and responsibilities .. so we don't want to take the risk in Year end .. 

so we tried to end date users / end date responsibilities  and re activate them  so that form level trigger will do synchronizing .. But didnt work..
