SQL Monitoring is not working in OEM DB Console

Hi Friends,
I have a OEM 11gr2 database on Linux x86_64 machine. When I click on SQL Monitoring tab in OEM db console, I see "No SQL Executions were monitored so far". What can be done?

Statistics_Level = TYPICAL
Timed_Statistics=TRUE are the settings in the database.
