Can an Account Detail page be assigned to an Account Type?

I am expanding our CRM to cover a second market. But the information that I want our Sales People to see is different in the two markets. If they go to an Account Type A, I want them to see one Account Detail Page layout; if they go to an Account Type B, I want them to see a different Account Detail Page layout. Is it possible to do this, please?
