Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

One of our user experiencing this problem when he tried to submit financial close (under Financial close module).

"The BPEL Process to submit the task has failed" - message pop up after click submit.

what might be the issue here?
