Issue with the $Date in FAPINAS4.cbl delivered in Patch 17568090: Post Regs 1 Financial Aid Update

In Campus Solutions 9 Patch 17568090 posted in December 2013, the FAPINAS4.cbl delivered in the patch has an older "$Date" than the version delivered in CS 9 Bundle #31. The version in this recent patch has the following in the header:

The version in patch 17568090 is the most current version of the FAPINAS4.cbl, code, which is used for 2013-2014 INAS. The $Date in the file was not updated by the team who packaged the fixed and was simply an oversight.   The version in
