How to Reconcile Material Receiving ( Receiving Inventory) A/c

 Dear All,
We want to reconcile Material Receiving A/c in GL with subledger. Can you please help me with the steps/processes for reconciling the same. Also, could you please let me know the name of the reports which need to be run to identify the PO Receipts pending Inspection and delivery. 
We are into  India Localization environment.
