OpenUI - F9 (send Email) configuration for Chrome

Hi,

 

We are on 8.1.1.10 OpenUI - for Chrome Browser.

This issue with the F9 (send Email) configuration.

 

To setup the default email clients to users we are setting the value here in below.

User Preference setting:
Under User Preferences - > Outbound Communications - > Field: Email Client to value: External Email Client

But the above setting is user specific but we want to set this value at Server Component level which will force the behavior for all users. 

We have set the below parameter for the Fins Object Manager component, and restarted the server. But it is not helping
EmailDefaultClient= ‘External Email Client’
