Oracle SL150 to read correctly LTO4 Barcodes.

Hi,
 
I need to to configure Oracle SL150 to read correctly LTO4 Barcodes.

These tapes were used on Qualstar TLS-88132, to the settings below:
Template = NetC LLC #749303-12301
Style = Horizontal Text / Barcode At Bottom
Media Type = L4 - Generation 4 Type A - 800 GB
Prefix = A00
Checksum Character = OK 
Colorized = OK (Tri-Optic's Vibrant compatible color scheme)
Draw borders = OK 
Offset by = [0.0] mm horizontally and [0.0] mm vertically

For example:
* When I insert LTO4 tape in SL150, LabelBarcode=A00211L4,
it shows "A00211L432". 
* When I access web browser by steps ->
-> [Configuration] -> Configure -> (x)Configure Library Settings,
as attached picture on link "
