Accrual Carry Over
I got doubt in the following scenario.
My client requirement is, 30 days of leave eligibility for each employee, accrual starts from his date of joining (Hire Date). For this i will use the standard PTO anniversary formula.
For carry over the balance to next year, I know that we need to run PTO carry over concurrent.
My doubt is, do we need to run this concurrent everyday? because hire date of each employee will be different, so plan year will be different for all employees.
Please share your experience.
