Rotation Plan & Carry Over

Dear guru
 Is the following option available in the accrual carry over.

Accrual should be based on the employee rotation, employee has to work for 3 months and 1 month off. For each month 10 days should accrue. So end of 3rd month his leave balance will be 30 and employee takes rotation leave.

In this case each employee will have different plan start date (hire date / day he comes back from leave) and plan end date (Term Date / next rotation start date).

For instance if employee goes for leave at end of 2 month, his balance should be -10 and this negative balance should be carry over to next rotation.
