Move order without allocated Locator

Hi All,

When preforming shipping with the following steps, the locator is been inserted, I would like to create process that the locator will be Null, so

When the user will do the transact move order, he will have to insert the locator.

1)      Create order and book it.

2)      Make sure that the item exits in subinvtory that is locator control in several locators.

3)      Reserve the line to the subinvtory

4)      Release the sales order

5)      Move order lines created with locator number.
