Run root.sh while install grid fail with error not config ASM

Hi all, I install grid insfratructure 11gr2 on solaris 11.1, in Install process at when i run root.sh is DBCA not create ASM successful, this logfile same is below, please help me to solve this error, While install process is pre check me not get warning from oracle software. The attach file is log detail , meny thanks. 
root@core1:/u01/app/11.2.0/grid# ./root.sh

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid
    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid
