How to move ASM and Voting Files to another location

Hi,
I am working with Oracle 11.2.0.3 on linux with RAC and ASM
I have OCR and Voting in a diskgroup
I would like to change the disks that they are located on, is this the same as
add a new disk to the diskgroup and remove the old ones?
