Error in SWSE Installation on WIND 64 bit Machine

Hi,   I have installed Siebel 8.1.1.10 base version.The server was working fine. Last time some files got corrupted from swseapp.So i thought to reinstall SWSE .I have removed componet first then unistalled swse.
Now while i am reinstalling swse, i am getting error.

OUI-10133: Invalid staging area. There are no top level components for Win NT available for instalation in this staging area.

Please suggest asap.I need this urgently.
