Not able to login to BIP server

I have installed BIP 10.1.3.4.1 on Linux server.

Installable: "bipublisher_linux_x86_101341".

After successfull installation, I am running the below command:

Command: ./oc4j -start

I am not able to login to the server.

Below URL not working:

http://hostname:9704/xmlpserver
