HTML Survey Form.

Hi,,,

   Kindly, Find attached the Survey Form.

   I prepared the survey form by use HTML and I added the survey form into Custom Object 6 by use web link, When the user opens the Custom Object 6 then click on the Survey "Web Link" then Survey Form will open.

   Our process :- The user should create the CO6 record then click on the Survey "Web Link" to open the Survey Form then fill it, in this case the Row Id for CO6 record should be created.

   Now, I need to pass the Row Id for CO6 to Survey Form and set the Row Id into Survey No. Field in Survey Form.
