Entry not showing in GL

Hello Team,
Background :

Receipt is cleared from CM and accounted when i'm going to view accounting SLA showing that particular entry transferred and posted in GL and showing Batch name and journal entry name

Issue:

When i am going to find journal in GL unable to retrieve from batch name and journal entry name also report is not showing that entry.
