Wrong adjustment entry entered in account

Hello To All Members,


User entered wrong adjustment journal entries in GL ( incorrect account entered) and posted
Now he wants to change a particular account

Just want to know what is the standard and best practice to correct that journal which is posted ?
Should i reverse that batch and create new journal ? or is there any other standard process for this issue ?
